Q. When will I be charged?
Your first payment is charged on the day you subscribe. Future payments recur monthly from that date, not on the first day of the month for every user. For example, if you subscribe on July 20, the next billing date is August 20. For subscription dates near the end of a month, Stripe uses the corresponding date or the last day of a shorter month.
Q. Will I lose money if I subscribe mid-month or near month-end?
No. Each paid period runs for one month from your subscription date to your next billing date. You are not charged a full month only for the remaining days of the calendar month.
Q. What payment methods are supported?
Major credit cards supported by Stripe can be used. Card information is not stored on our server.
Q. Can I view receipts and billing history?
Open billing management to view Stripe payment history and receipts. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Q. What is the difference between Plus, Pro, and Ultra?
The available features are the same. The only difference is the monthly AI audit limit: Plus has 25, Pro has 125, and Ultra has 500.
Q. How can I cancel?
Schedule cancellation from billing management at any time. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charge is made. Payments already made for the current period are not prorated or refunded.
Q. Can I change plans?
Yes. The change takes effect immediately. Stripe calculates the prorated difference through your next billing date, and the adjustment is normally applied to your next invoice.
Q. When do AI audit limits reset?
AI audit limits reset on the first day of each month, independently of your billing date. If you change to a paid plan mid-month, audits already used that month count toward the new plan limit.
Q. Which pages can be analyzed?
Public web pages can be analyzed. Pages that require login or are heavily generated by JavaScript may not be fully analyzed.
Q. Is the extension Chrome-only?
The service is designed for Google Chrome. Chromium-based browsers may work, but Chrome is the supported browser.
