1. Information We Process
- Google account email address for account identification.
- Google authentication tokens needed for sign-in and optional read-only Search Console access. Tokens are used only for those requested functions.
- Plan, subscription status, and monthly AI audit count.
- For a user-initiated page analysis: the analyzed page URL, page content and resource information required for the SEO checks, target keyword, comparison URL, and generated results. Recent analysis and comparison data may be stored locally in Chrome so the results remain available in the extension.
- When you run an AI audit: the analyzed page URL, target keyword, and audit data needed to generate the result.
2. Information We Do Not Store
- The service is not designed to store analyzed page body text or images long term.
- We do not collect general browsing history outside user-initiated analysis actions. The URL of a page the user chooses to analyze is handled as part of that feature.
- We do not store credit card information. Payments are processed directly by Stripe.
3. Purpose of Use
- Account identification and service delivery.
- Plan, billing, abuse-prevention, and AI audit limit management.
- Generating user-requested AI audit results.
4. Third-party Services
Google provides account authentication and Gemini processing for user-requested AI audits. Stripe processes subscriptions and payments. Information required for each function is sent to the applicable provider.
5. Data Storage
Account, plan, subscription, and AI audit count data may be stored in the service database. Recent analysis settings and results may be stored locally in Chrome. Google authentication tokens are managed by Chrome Identity and are not written to the service database. AI audit request data is processed to generate the response and is not designed for long-term page-content storage.
6. Client-side Analytics and Page Inspection
The extension does not send separate client-side analytics telemetry. The marketing tag monitor checks resource URLs and tag settings loaded on the page only when the user runs an analysis. It does not record click content or general browsing history.
7. Google API Limited Use
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
