These terms apply to the Chrome extension and related web services provided as "SEO Quality Checker" by Universal Marketing Inc.
The service uses Google account sign-in for account identification, plan management, and billing access.
Paid plans, including Plus, Pro, and Ultra, are billed monthly through Stripe. Paid plans include the same features and differ only by monthly AI audit limits.
You may cancel a paid plan from the account or billing screen. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
The service processes account, plan, subscription, and AI audit usage-count data to provide the product. When you run an AI audit, the URL, target keyword, and audit data required for that request are sent to the service and Google Gemini. The extension does not currently send separate client-side analytics telemetry.
Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, excessive automated use, and resale to third parties are prohibited.
SEO audit results are provided as decision-support information and do not guarantee search ranking improvements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
